江苏省南通中等专业学校(简称“南通中专”),坐落于“据江海之会、扼南北之喉”,有着“中国近代第一城”之称的江苏省南通市,初创于20世纪60年代,是南通地区一所综合性的公办主体职业学校,直属南通市教育局。1995年,经南通市政府批准,原江苏省南通职业高级中学、南通工业管理干部学院、南通市纺织技校和南通市虹桥一中四校合并组建“南通市中等专业学校”。2010年5月,学校更名为“江苏省南通中等专业学校”。2014年5月,学校成为“江苏联合职业技术学院南通分院”。学校占地240亩,建筑面积9.28万㎡,现有教职员工267人、在校生四千余人。
Nantong Secondary Vocational School of Jiangsu Province (referred to as " Nantong Secondary Vocational School ") is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, which lies at the river-sea intersection point and the throat of the north and the south", and is known as "the first city in modern China". Founded in the 1960s, it was a comprehensive public main vocational school in Nantong, directly under the Nantong Education Bureau. In 1995, with the approval of the Nantong Municipal Government, the former Jiangsu Nantong Vocational Senior High School, Nantong Industrial Management Cadre College, Nantong Textile Technical School and Nantong Hongqiao No. 1 Middle School merged to form "Nantong Secondary Professional School". In May 2010, the school changed its name to " Nantong Secondary Vocational School of Jiangsu Province ". In May 2014, the school became "Jiangsu Union Technical Institute Nantong Branch". The school covers an area of 240 acres, with a construction area of 92,800 square meters. It currently has 267 teaching staff and more than 4,000 students.
学校是国家重点中等职业学校、江苏省四星级中等职业学校、江苏省高水平示范性职业学校。2013年,成为首批国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校;2014年,荣获全国职业教育最高奖——第四届黄炎培职业教育优秀学校奖;2015年,被确定为首批江苏省高水平现代化职业学校;2016年,获评江苏省教育工作先进集体;2017年,被确定为首批江苏省现代化示范性职业学校;2018年,被评为首批省级教师发展示范基地、江苏省职业学校教学管理30强;2019年,被南通市委、市政府表彰为南通市高质量发展先进集体;2020年,被评为江苏省职业院校技能大赛先进单位;2021年,获评江苏省教科研工作先进集体、江苏省关心下一代工作先进集体。
The school is a national key secondary vocational school, a four-star secondary vocational school in Jiangsu Province, and a high-level Demonstration Vocational School in Jiangsu Province. 学校设有与区域产业结构相吻合的机械工程、机电技术、信息工程、艺术设计、财经商贸5大类30多个专业,其中多个专业被确定为国家紧缺人才培养基地、省示范专业、省特色专业、省现代化专业群、省课程改革实验点、省市技能大赛基地、省市中小学生社会实践基地、省“1+X”证书考评优秀示范单位等。拥有120多个高水平现代化的实训场所,国内同类学校规模最大的雕塑艺术馆。学校专任教师229人,其中高级职称教师占56.3%,70多个教师或教学团队先后获得全国优秀教师、中国职业院校教学名师、国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队、省级特级教师、劳动模范、领军人物、苏教名家培养对象、最美职教教师、名师工作室领衔人、学科带头人、骨干教师、国家技能大赛金牌教练等荣誉。
The school has more than 30 majors in 5 main categories of Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Technology, Information Engineering, Art Design, Finance and Commerce, which are in line with the regional industrial structure. Many of these majors have been identified as National Talent Training Bases In Short Supply, Provincial Demonstration Majors, Provincial Featured majors, Provincial Modernized Professional Groups, Provincial Curriculum Reform Experiment Hubs, Provincial and Municipal Skills Competition Bases, Provincial and Municipal Primary and Secondary School Students' Social Practice Bases, Provincial "1+X" Certificate Evaluation Excellent Demonstration Units, etc. It has more than 120 high-level modern training places and the largest sculpture art gallery of its kind in China. There are 229 full-time teachers in the school, of which 56.3% are teachers with senior professional titles. 多年来,学校开展以“会做人、会技能、会创新”为核心价值的“成功教育”。充分发掘学生的发展潜力,深入开展素质教育,全面提升学生的政治思想、人文素养、职业素质和创新能力,使师生在成功教育的火热实践中不断从成功走向成功。2008年,江苏省职教学会德育工作现场会在南通中专召开,学校被评为“江苏省职业教育德育特色学校”。2010年,全国中职德育实验基地校协作会年会暨南通中专“成功教育”现场会隆重举行。《中国教育报》对学校的“成功教育”进行了深度报道,成功教育走向全国。2015年,学校“成功教育”研究成果荣获全国职业教育教科研成果评选二等奖;2017年,“成功教育”研究成果获江苏省职业教育教科研成果奖二等奖;2019年学校推动“成功教育”再出发,重构并完善了“成功教育”实施路径;2021年,省职业学校课程思政协同育人研讨会暨“成功教育”主题活动在南通中专举行,“成功教育”开启了由德育品牌向办学品牌升级的新征程。

2.技能培养硕果累累
学校坚持德育为先、技能为本,把职业素养和就业能力的培养作为首要任务。科学制定并及时修订人才培养方案,推进项目化课程教学改革,充分发挥实训基地功能,积极开展“技能节”等多种形式的技能练兵活动,确保学生技能实训教学时间大于50%。学校通过现代学徒制等方式与企业一道强化对学生的技能培养,使技能培养更贴近企业实际和需求。学校在全国、省、市职业院校技能比赛中屡建奇功,连续三年承办全国职业院校中职服装技能大赛。在历届全国职业院校技能大赛中共摘得16金10银5铜。学校连年获得“江苏省职业院校技能大赛特别贡献奖”。
2. Fruitful results in skill development
The school insists on moral education first, skills-based, and the cultivation of professionalism and employability as its primary task. Scientifically formulate and revise talent training programs in a timely manner, promote project-based curriculum teaching reform, give full play to the functions of training bases, actively carry out various forms of skill training activities such as "skills festivals", and ensure that students' skills training teaching time is more than 50%. The school strengthens the skills training of students together with the enterprise through the modern apprenticeship system, so that the skill training is closer to the actual situation and needs of the enterprise. The school has repeatedly made outstanding achievements in the national, provincial and municipal vocational college skills competitions, and has undertaken the National Vocational College Secondary Vocational Clothing Skills Competition for three consecutive years. A total of 16 golds, 10 silvers and 5 bronzes have been won in the previous National Vocational College Skills Competition. The school has won the Special Contribution Award for Jiangsu Vocational College Skills Competition year after year.
3.弹性学分首开先河
上世纪末,学校率先在全国中职校中试行具有职教特色的学分制管理。先后完成了省重点规划课题《弹性学习制度下中等职业学校办学模式的建构研究》和国家级课题《弹性学习制度下中等职业学校学生评价体系的整体建构与实践研究》的研究任务。全面推行在自主选学、学分互认等弹性学习背景下“德育学分、学业学分和体能学分相结合”的发展性评价方式,以生为本,尊重差异,让层次不同、特点各异的学生实现自主发展、多样化发展。
3. Flex credits first of its kind
At the end of the last century, the school took the lead in piloting the credit system management with vocational education characteristics in secondary vocational schools across the country. We have successively completed the research tasks of the provincial key planning projectResearch on the Construction of Secondary Vocational Schools' School-running Mode under the Flexible Learning Systemand the national projectThe Overall Construction and Practice Research of the Secondary Vocational School Student Evaluation System under the Flexible Learning System. The school fully implements the developmental evaluation method of "combining moral education credits, academic credits and physical fitness credits" under the background of flexible learning such as self-selection and mutual recognition of credits. We always take students as the center, respect differences, and enable them with different levels and characteristics to achieve independent and diversified development.
4.毕业生供不应求
学校组建以来,毕业生优质就业率和本地就业率稳居高位,先后为地方经济建设输送了3万余名技能型人才和高素质的劳动者,一批学生进入高校继续深造或出国学习。从中专走出去的一批批学子已经成为或正在成为各行各业的职场先锋、企业标兵、技术骨干和领军人才。学校在南通市区遴选了数十家优秀企事业单位,建立了“就业实习基地”“德育实验基地”以及“现代学徒制”等产教融合基地。学校常年为社会提供各种技能培训和技术援助,为人力资源开发提供智力和技术支持,累计为社会培训了8万余名各类人员,为职教惠民、职教扶贫、服务南通地方经济社会发展贡献力量。
